Colombo Chief Magistrate’s court today issued an order preventing former Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal from leaving the country until 18 April.
This order pursuant to a request by former Province Governor Rajith Keerthi Tennakoon through a private plaint. .
The Colombo Additional Magistrate Harshana Kekunawala who issue the order also ordered to issue notices to former Central Bank Governor to appear in court on April 18.
