The Alliance of Medical and Civil Rights Physicians states that they will take legal action against the health minister and the health secretary for importing medicines from the Indian company with no proper credentials and without proper approval.
President of the Alliance, Dr Chamal Sanjeeva, says that the health minister, despite the approval of the cabinet, should immediately disclose the deal he is making with an Indian pharmaceutical company.
