A decisive discussion between Ranil Wickramasinghe and the opposition leader Sajith Premadasa led by Samagi Jana Balawegaya will be held today (05) at the President’s Office regarding an all-party government.
Several political parties have expressed their willingness to form an all-party government, and the position of the SJB in this regard is to be informed to the President today.
The Samagi Jana Balawega has also decided to call for precise details about the establishment of the all-party government and the time frame.
It will also ask the government about the objectives of the government.
The President has planned to appoint the Council of Ministers shortly after reaching a quick agreement between the political groups representing the Parliament.
