Police says that the court has issued an order to arrest IUSF convener Wasantha Mudalige, Lahiru Weerasekera, artists Jagath Manuwarna, Jehan Appuhamy, Rathidu Senaratne (Ratta) and nine and produce to the courts. The order was given following the Police has named and informed to the courts that they were named as suspects in connection of the incidents of in front of the Police Headquarters and the Pelawatta Ministry of Education .
The police have reported the matter to the Fort and Kaduwela Magistrate’s Courts in a B report
The protests were organized on the 9th and 10th of this month. The Police Headquarters says that the police have reported the matter to the court.
