Two Covid deaths at Mulleriyawa hospital

Two Covid deaths have been reported at the Mulleriyawa Hospital today (12) hospital sources said.

A man had died at the Intensive Care Unit at around 2.45 am yesterday (12) and is a resident of Colombo 12.

The 54 year old man was admitted to the hospital on November 9 with respiratory problems.

Meanwhile, a person suffering from kidney failure died while receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit at around 8.00 am today (12).The 45-year-old died of pneumonia.

The victim, a resident of Padukka, Meegoda, was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Mulleriyawa Hospital on November 7 from the IDH Hospital.
