The necessary arrangements have been made to repatriate drug kingpin who was arrested in Dubai law enforcement officials of Dubai, Harak kata alias Nadun Chintaka, to the country next week Police sources said.

He was arrested when he arrived at the airport to go to France from Dubai with his wife.
He is alleged with creating the recent wave of killing some opponents.
From last May 31 to August 11, when he was arrested, 23 people were killed by unknown gunmen. 03 assassination attempts were reported.
It has been identified that out of those crimes, 08 murders were directed by Harakkatta .
