A thug who was intimidating tourists traveling on a bus in Kandy has been arrested by the Kandy police today.
A video has surfaced showing a three-wheeler driver threatening a bus carrying foreign nationals on Rajapilla Road in Kandy, causing panic among the passengers.
The suspect was arrested this morning after the incident, which took place yesterday (10) evening.
