The Supreme Court issued an order today (29) removing lawyer Nagananda Kodituwakku from the legal profession. This decision comes as a result of his conviction for professional misconduct.
The Court has decided to disbar Nagananda Kodituwakku from practicing law in Sri Lanka. Consequently, he is no longer permitted to represent clients as a lawyer within the country.
