Sri Lanka’s Cabinet of Ministers has decided to grant visa-free access to citizens from 35 countries starting October 1, 2024. This new visa policy will be in effect for six months. The Minister mentioned that tourists, who have been facing difficulties obtaining online visas due to a recent Supreme Court ruling, may now be able to enter Sri Lanka without any hassle.
Today, Foreign Minister Ali Sabry shared the list of 35 countries that will benefit from this visa-free access.
