Railway authorities say that 13 trains scheduled to run today (31) have been canceled due to infection of several locomotive operators for COVID-19.
As a result, six trains plying on the main line, four on the coastal and Kelani Valley routes and three on the Puttalam route have been canceled.
It is also said that more train services may be canceled in the future.
