Public Health Inspectors has made a special request to the government to legalize and make compulsory the Covid vaccine immediately.
Upul Rohana, the President of the Association stated that a special search operation has been launched to find the people who have not been vaccinated after the discovery of the woman who was infected with the Omicron virus.
He said investigations had revealed that the woman and her husband’s family, who had attended a conference in Nigeria, had not been vaccinated against Covid.
He pointed out that some people believe in various religious ideologies and do not take the vaccine, adding that the lives of other people in the country could be endangered due to such people.
