The closed Sapugaskanda oil refinery will resume operations tomorrow (07), the Ministry of Energy said.
The refinery was shut down in the first week of November following a government decision to suspend crude oil imports.
Energy Minister Udaya Gammanpila stated that the refinery will be reactivated as stocks of crude oil have been imported.
