Pavithra Wanniarachchi, SLPP MP for Rathnapura, and Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC) MP Jeevan Thondaman were sworn in as cabinet ministers before President Ranil Wickremesinghe today(19).
Wanniarachchi has been appointed as the Minister of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation while MP Jeevan Thondaman was appointed as the Minister of the Water Supply and Estate Infrastructure Development.
With Thondaman’s swearing-in, he became the youngest minister in the cabinet.
