A three-day protest march of the National People’s Power (NPP- Jathika Jana Balawegaya ) against the government started from Beruwala this morning with a large number of their members.
The march will be reached to Colombo Town Hall next Tuesday (19),
Member of parliamentarians including it’s leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake have joined to the protest. The protest march is scheduled for three days where it will reach Wadduwa from beruwala today and it will kick off from Wadduwa and will reach Moratuwa tomorrow. It will reach Town Hall from Moratuwa on Tuesday (19)
NPP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake told the media while marching along with the protesters that they organised this event to force the suppressive government to go home allowing a people friendly government to take over the country.
