Litro announces that there is no LP cooking gas in their stocks to release domestic gas cylinders to the market.The company therefore urges domestic consumers not to wait in line to buy gas cylinders anymore.
Vijitha Herath, Chairman of Litro Gas, says that due to the current severe exchange crisis, gas can only be industrial supplies only. However he said that payment of 7 million US dollars has been paid and a shipment is due to arrive to Colombo in next weekend.
