The Ministry of Health says no decision has been taken yet by the Ministry to allow the burial of persons who died due to Covid 19.
Spokesman of the Ministry Dr. Jayaruwan Bandara confirmed this in response to a letter issued by the Ceylon Thowheed Jamath claiming the government has decided to allow the burial of Muslim patients who died from Covid 19.
