Some Parliamentarians who left the Parliament premises this evening were blocked by protesters at a by road and they had to find another alternative route to go to their homes.
Rohini Kaviratne, Harin Fernando, Manusha Nanayakkara, Hector Appuhamy and several other TNA MPs and several Tamil National Alliance (TNA) MPs were forced to divert their vehicles as they exited the by-pass to the Diya Uyana entrance.
In the face of opposition to Harin Fernando, his impulsive behavior led to a heated situation that was difficult to control.
Protesters also said that you are no longer strange , but our employees. People blamed them saying while their children are unable to attend schools and starve these Parliament members are eating public money and blame each other but nothing effective thing happens for the sake of current crisis
At present there are strong protests against the MPs who are leaving the Parliament not being allowed to leave.
