The tragic death of Tania Singh, a 28-year-old model, has shocked the community after her lifeless body was discovered in her flat in Surat on Monday (19). Investigations by police have determined that she had taken her own life.
Upon examining Singh’s mobile phone, investigators uncovered a close relationship between her and Abhishek Sharma, a 23-year-old friend and Indian Premier League (IPL) all-rounder associated with Sunrisers Hyderabad. WhatsApp messages retrieved from the device shed light on the dynamics of their connection.
In response to these findings, Indian authorities have issued a notice summoning Abhishek Sharma for questioning. Additionally, they are scrutinizing the Call Detail Record (CDR) and IP Detail Record (IPDR) data from Singh’s phone to gain further insights into the circumstances surrounding her death.
Preliminary inquiries suggest that Singh had reached out to Sharma via WhatsApp, but did not receive a response. A case has been registered at the Police Station, signaling the commencement of ongoing investigations into this tragic incident.
