The Ministry of Health has decided to review the quality of two types of medicines received through Indian loan facilities, according to Secretary Janaka Sri Chandragupta.
These drugs have been used in the country after being approved by the National Drug Regulatory Authority.
However, due to reported cases of patient deaths and complications related to these medicines, the ministry has appointed a special committee, led by the Director General of Health Services, to investigate the matter.
