The Piliyandala Police have arrested a man, who is suspected of exposing himself in an indecent manner to a young girl in front of the Suwarapola temple. The CCTV image of the incident was widely shared online and had captured the man’s act.
In the video the man is seen stopping his motorcycle in front of the temple and engaged in worship. He then lifts his sarong to expose himself to the girl who is seen walking towards him. It is believed the man is a resident of Panadura.
According to the Police, the man was arrested today (21) and has since been released on bail.
