The Minister has explained to the President his displeasure at the attempt to legislate through such forces when there are formal law enforcement agencies in the country and the unnecessary problems that may arise in such a process.
The President has said that this force was appointed to seek his advice and not to make laws in the country and that he will definitely seek the assistance of the Minister of Justice in drafting laws.
