Lanka Indian Oil Company has called all its tankers into service today (30) in order to distribute at the maximum capacity to their fuel stations. Sri Lanka Petroleum Transport Private Tanker Owners Association Joint Secretary Shanta Silva told Lankasara that already more than 90 bowsers will join the service today.
The joint secretary said that the distribution of fuel was done at IOC filling stations throughout the day yesterday (29) and today it will be possible to distribute fuel to more than 150 IOC filling stations all over Sri Lanka.
A total of 130 bowsers are registered for IOC fuel distribution.
