In an announcement, Minister Keheliya Rambukwella stated that he decided to voluntarily provide a statement to the investigating officers. He emphasized that he felt it was necessary to present written and other evidence related to the incident for the sake of the ongoing investigations.
The former health minister expressed his willingness to cooperate with the investigative process to ensure a thorough examination of the matter.
