The Criminal Investigation Department has summoned Rev. Fr. Cyril Gamini for the third day to record the statement regarding the Easter Sunday attacks , Police Media Spokesman said.
He was summoned to appear before the CID at 9.30 am today .
The Police Media Spokesman stated that the CID is expected to provide strong evidence regarding the Easter attack on Fr. Cyril Gamini today.
Father Cyril Gamini also appeared before the CID on the 15th and 16th.
The CID has been summoned following a complaint lodged by the Director of National Intelligence, Major General Suresh Saleh, over a statement he allegedly made at a Zoom conference regarding the Easter Sunday attack.
