In a remarkable turn of events, a 76-year-old woman from Ecuador has defied all odds by returning to life after being declared dead and buried.
The astonishing incident has garnered widespread attention, prompting the Ecuadorian Ministry of Health to form a special committee to investigate the matter.
Bella Montoya, a resident of Los Rios Province, was rushed to Martin Icasa Hospital’s intensive care unit last Friday following a stroke at her home. Tragically, her breathing and heartbeat ceased, leading the attending physician to pronounce her dead.
According to reports from foreign media, despite the doctors’ attempts to revive Bella’s lifeless body through artificial means, their efforts proved unsuccessful. Consequently, the doctor on duty solemnly confirmed her passing.
Bella’s lifeless body was placed in a coffin at her home, where her grief-stricken family gathered to bid their final farewells. However, a startling development occurred during this mournful period. Bella’s family members noticed her breathing heavily, prompting them to summon an emergency medical team immediately.
Witnesses were left astounded as one of Bella’s arms moved, and she began gasping for air. Without hesitation, the medical team swiftly transported her to the hospital in an ambulance.
It has since been revealed that Bella had been battling heart disease for some time. Currently, she remains in critical condition, bravely fighting for her life within the confines of the intensive care unit at Martin Icasa Hospital.
The Ecuadorian Ministry of Health has taken this extraordinary incident seriously and formed a dedicated committee to investigate the circumstances surrounding Bella Montoya’s revival.
