Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe, who served as the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank, is to be appointed to as the new governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe will assume duties as the Governor of the Central Bank from tomorrow (07) accepting the request made by the President for the post of Governor of the Central Bank.
Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe is a renowned scholar and professional with vast experience in the field.
