Dr. Anil Jasinghe arrived at the airport last night (03) at 8.30 pm to board an Emirates flight EK 653 leave to South Korea via the United Arab Emirates.
The officials have requested him to show their vaccination card before boarding the plane which was mandatory. But he did not bring the vaccination card by a mistake. Then he has brought a picture image of the vaccination card to his mobile phone and he was allowed to board the plane accordingly, the sources further said.
