Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekara says that Deputy General Manager ,System Control of CEB & System Control Chief Engineer Kudahewa has been sent on compulsory leave in connection with the June 9th Power Failure.
The Minister tweeted that PUCSL too has recommended investigations on Power Failure & Operation of Sojitz power plant at Kelanitissa premises & Westcoast Power plant at Kelawarapitiya out of the schedule incurring a cost of LKR 320 Mn.
