Police said that a car driven by a woman collided with a motorcycle at Wadduwa Gallupara this afternoon (01), and two people were injured and taken to the hospital.
According to the CCTV footage, the accident occurred when the car was diverted from the side road to Gallupara and could not control the speed.
It is reported that the motorcyclist and the woman driving the car were injured in the accident.
The injured have been referred to the Panadura Base Hospital, while the Wadduwa traffic department officials are conducting investigations.
