The Colombo Magistrate’s Court ruled today (01) that the death of businessman Dinesh Shafter was due to pressure on the neck and face and it was murder.
The Colombo Magistrate’s Court gave this order today based on the scientific forensic report given by five forensic experts.
Accordingly, the court ordered the director of the Criminal Investigation Department to arrest the suspects involved and present them to the court.
