The damages were revealed caused to former minister Johnston Fernando due to the violence that erupted that night after the attack on the Galle Face peaceful protesters. Investigations on these incidents have revealed these facts and accordingly considerable damages have been occured to the properties owned by former minister and Kurunegala district parliamentarian sources said.
Accordingly, the list of the amount of property attacked and the suspects arrested in connection with it is as follows.
1. Kurunegala Johnston Fernando’s political office – 38 suspects arrested in connection with the attack.
2. Johnston Fernando’s house in Rathkarawe – 06 suspects arrested in connection with the attack
3. House of Johnston Fernando at Kurunegala Lake Circle – 05 suspects arrested in connection with the attack

07. Johnston Fernando’s Distillery in Malkaduwawa – 06 suspects arrested in connection with the attack
08. Suspects arrested in connection with the attack on Johnston Fernando’s liquor store – 05
09. suspects arrested in connection with the attack on lids factory of Johnston Fernando’s liquor industry
10 suspects arrested in connection with Johnston Fernando’s Mawathagama bar-attack.
11. Johnston Fernando’s Rathmalane house – 25 suspects arrested in connection with the attack
12. Johnston Fernando’s Thalangama house – 06 suspects arrested in connection with the attack.
