34-year-old Indian national named Rajbhai lost his life after falling into a hot water boiler. This accident occurred in Welipanna’s Meegama area, where the victim was employed at a private factory.
Rajbhai, who worked at the private factory located in the Meegama area, met with the accident during his work duties. He fell into the hot water boiler yesterday (30)
Following the accident, Rajbhai was immediately rushed to the hospital for medical attention. However, despite efforts to save his life, he passed away while receiving treatment at the Colombo National Hospital.
The Welipanna police have initiated an investigation into the incident to determine the circumstances and factors that led to this workplace accident.
