The Wanathawilluwa OIC has been arrested by the Bribery and Corruption Commission for allegdly taking a sexual bribe from a woman to settle a land dispute.
According to a complaint lodged by the woman, the OIC had been caught by the Bribery Commission officers in the Puttalam area while accepting the bribe.
The incident is being investigated.
