While hundreds of thousands of high-risk health and security personnel were waiting to get the second dose of the AstraZeneca, Covishield vaccine group of relatives of high ranking dignitaries have been inoculated yesterday (18) in a room at Castle Streets Women’s Hospital Sources revealed to Lankasara.
These reports confirm that relatives of government ministers were among these dignitaries.
The sources also reveal that the second dose of this vaccine has been given such high ranking relatives from time to time in several places secretly organized in this manner through the Colombo Municipal Council.
