The Kalmune police have apprehended the principal of Madusathal Sablik Rasat Madrasa School in Kalmune, identified as Meera Saibu Mohammad Sanas, on suspicion of the death of a 13-year-old boy who was a student at the school.
The incident leading to the arrest occurred last Tuesday (05). A post-mortem examination conducted on Thursday (07) revealed that the cause of death was pressure on the deceased’s neck.
The principal is arrested in connection with the incident, and the Kalmunai police are conducting further investigations to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the tragic event.
