A scaffolding collapse at a building under construction in Borivali, Mumbai, resulted in three fatalities and left another individual in critical condition, today (12).The incident occurred at approximately 12:58 pm local time.
The building, which is in the process of being constructed and comprises 24 floors, witnessed the collapse of scaffolding located on the 16th floor. Despite the prompt arrival of police and emergency responders, four workers sustained severe injuries in the accident.
Efforts to rush the injured to a nearby hospital were made immediately. However, tragically, three of the injured workers succumbed to their injuries. The condition of the fourth individual remains critical, underscoring the severity of the incident.
