Former Sri Lankan Test Captain and veteran Cricketer Roshan Mahanama says that it is sad to see world renown swimmer who brought much glory to the country Julian Bolling is being questioned by the CiD while many who needs to be questioned remain untouched, at large.

Noting on his facebook page Roshan Mahanama has expressed his concern over calling the veteran swimmer to question over setting the fire on President Ranil Wickramasinghe’s private residence on 09th July.

He further says as follows

“Right for speech and expression of your opinion in a peaceful way is our basic human right. In a society where people turn a blind eye for money, power and personal interest, my friend Julian has always been outspoken and stood for what’s right without any political bias, like me. It is sad to see a great human being like Julian who has brought much glory to the country and with an unblemished track record in the society is being questioned while many who needs to be questioned remain untouched, at large.”
