President Ranil leaves for London for the coronation of King Charles!

President Ranil Wickramasinghe left the country for London early hours of today (04). He left to take part in the coronation ceremony of King Charles III of Britain which will be held on Saturday (06).
Many heads of state will participate in this ceremony held at Westminster Abbey in London, and President Wickremesinghe will be among them. The day before this event, tomorrow (05), President Wickremesinghe will participate in a special meeting of the of Commonwealth leaders in London sources said. This special meeting was scheduled following a proposal made by Sri Lanka’s President Wickramasinghe to King Charles iii through the Commonwealth office.
