Energy Minister Minister Kanchana Wijesekera tweeted this morning that petrol distribution is to be delayed by another day as the petrol carrying ship has not reached the island . He further informed that theere will be a limited distribution today and tomorrow due to this delay.
“Fuel cargo-carrying 40,000 MT of Petrol 92 was scheduled to arrive early this morning and minister yesterday kept hope for receiving petrol today.
