The helicopter with registration number 9N-AMV, which was lost to contact this morning (11), was found to have crashed in Lamjura area of Likhupike Rural Municipality in Solukumbu District.
The area is located between Jiri and Phaplu.
According to Raju Neupane, operations and safety manager of Manang Air, six people – Captain Chet Bahadur Gurung and five Mexicans – were on board the flight.
