Colombo Additional Magistrate Rajindra Jayasooriya today decided to appoint a panel of medical experts to conduct the post-mortem inquiry of leading businessman Dinesh Schaffter. She further ordered police to provide a list of names of doctors to be appointed for the panel.
Colombo Additional Magistrate made this decision when the case was taken up in the courts today on the ground of several contradictions raised regarding to the postmortem od the deceased businessman.
Dinesh Schaffter, a well-known business figure and former cricket administrator, was found seriously injured and tied to his car seat, on the premises of a Kanatte and was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to injuries.
