Kandy District Parliamentarian Lohan Ratwatte was sworn in as the Minister of State for Plantation Industries and Mahaweli Development in the presence of President Ranil Wickramasinghe at the Presidential Secretariat today (29).
President’s Secretary Mr. Saman Ekanayake also joined this event.
