Health Professionals want people to engage in peaceful protests to force the rulers to quit.
The entire Health sector of the country is on the verge of a total collapse within a few days, warns the Government Medical professionals Association.
They say they were deeply shocked to learn of the imminent collapse of the health service in Sri Lanka within a few days.
The Association notes that despite efforts at all levels and the availability of resources, the collapse is still imminent.
They point out that health care workers should have regular transport facilities to reach their workplace on time to perform their services without interruption.
The Medical Professionals Association states that the health service is on the verge of a complete collapse due to disruption in the supply of services and goods.
They believe that the change of government will enable the health service to be back on its feet by ending the crisis and bringing the country back on track. They request the people to engage in peaceful protests, to remove the failed rulers.
