Harith Aluthge says GMOA Chief is not Covid positive

Dr. Anuruddha Padeniya, the President of the Government Medical Officers’ Association, has tested negative for the Corona virus following an antigen test conducted last night (14) according to the Editor of the Association, Dr. Haritha Aluthge.

Accordingly, his PCR test report is also due to be released by this afternoon (15) he said. Dr. Padeniya has been undergoing self isolation at his home since yesterday (14) as a close contact has been hospitalized with the coronavirus. The doctor also had taken to social media last night to reveal his negative antigen test result.
