As flights between Jaffna and Chennai, India, have become very popular among the people of both countries, the number of passengers traveling between the two countries has increased daily.
Three days a week, flights from India arrive at Jaffna Palali Airport and fly back to India on the same day.

In this one-flight season, 60 passengers have been given the opportunity to travel with many facilities, and the air ticket fares have also been reduced between Katunayake and Chennai.

After completing the second phase of the modernization of Jaffna airport, the airlines have decided to expand the facilities for passengers from both countries.
