Mineka Wickramasinghe a legendary entrepreneur and the founder of the household barnd Munchee and Ceylon Biscuits Limited has passed away this morning (16).
He was 86 years old at the time of his demise.
Founded in 1968 by Ceylon Biscuits, Mineka P. Wickramasinghe was the chairman of the company for 48 years. The company was established under the excellent management of Mineka Wickramasinghe as a business that can hold more than 50 percent of the Sri Lankan biscuit market.
In 2016, he retired as Chairman of the Ceylon Biscuits Group.
