A key member of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) affiliated Viyathmaga, Eranda Ginige has resigned from all posts in the organization.
He has posted a note on his Facebook account stating that he will not be responsible for anything related to the organization in the future. Ginige claims he is resigning from the organziation in order to focus on his personal aspirations.
Recently Ginige had commented that it is not possible to fix the economy while travelling in a Range Rover and that the state of the economy is obvious by looking at the number of shops for rent on either side of the road. Ginige is the Founder of Social Enterprise Lanka (SELANKA).
