CID investigations into Thilini Priyamali’s suspected financial scam have revealed details of her intimate relationships with two top police officers.
The two police officers are on the list of candidates expected to replace the position left open following the incumbent IGP’s retirement.
Following a forensic check of her computer and mobile phone, the CID found video recordings of the unusually private behaviour of these cops.
Thilini Priyamali interacted with the relevant top police officers in five-star hotels, and she has many videos related to this matter in her personal possession.
All of these videos reportedly came to light during forensic examinations of her computer and phone after she was apprehended by the Criminal Investigation Department.
The attention of the Criminal Investigation Department has been drawn to the videos of these officers with their host Thilini Priyamali, which are of an extremely private nature.
Police information also stated that the footage and audio tapes are being further analyzed by the Criminal Investigation Department.
One of these officers has acted as Thilini Priyamali’s private security consultant.
Investigations have also revealed that she was given police protection by a senior police officer to transport the gold-plated bars that she gave to her clients as collateral for the money invested.
