Anura Kumara dominates postal votes of Colombo , Polonnaruwa and Monaragala over 55%

National People’s Power candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake is ahead in postal votes in many districts. So far, according to the official voting results, he had received more than 50 percent of the postal votes in the districts other than the Vanni district.
The Presidential aspirant of NPP received 20864 votes from 61.02% of the postal votes in the most prominent district of the country, Colombo .
Ranil Wickramasinghe got 7645 votes which is 22.36 percent. By getting 4080 votes, Sajith Premadasa has come third in Colombo postal votes, while Namal Rajapaksa has got 561 votes and Dilith Jayaweera has got 552 votes. Wijedasa Rajapaksa, a MP of the Colombo district, had secured only 73 votes.
Polonnaruwa was the second result of postal votes . Anura Kumara Dissanayake has achieved a huge victory of 61.2 percent with
11,768 votes.
Sajith Premadasa comes second with 4120 votes. The percentage is 21.45%. Ranil Wickramasinghe is 3rd. The number of votes obtained is 2,762, 14.38 as a percentage. Namal Rajapaksa got only 188. 0.98% as a percentage.
Dilith Jayaweera 56 votes, The percentage is 0.29%.
According to Monaragala postal vote results, Anura Kumara Dissanayake got 14050 votes. As a percentage, 58.57% of which Sajith Premadasa has 5733 votes. 14.18% as a percentage.
Nimal Rajapaksa is 470. 1.96% as a percentage.
