Former Health Ministry Director General Dr. Anil Jasinghe will attend future Health Ministry meetings on Covid 19.
Health Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi told Parliament today (18) that it has been decided to call for Dr. Anil Jasinghe to attend future Health Ministry meetings on Covid 19 though he was promoted recently as the Environment Ministry Secretary.
The Health Minister was responding to concerns raised over the removal of Dr. Anil Jasinghe from the post of Director General of Health Services.
